Our Landline Phone rings but we cannot hear the Caller !! Also When we try to dial Out there is no Sound coming from the Handset

Are you a BT RETAIL customer for phone and broadband?

Is the phone corded or wireless with base station?

Hello, The Phone is Cordless on a Base Station - I am a BT Landline Customer

Do you get a dial tone? If not you need to report phone fault to 150 or 0800800150 from mobile phone

I'd suggest trying another phone to rule out an issue with that first
