      <title>Does BT DV have any physical answer phone device?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to FTTP and DV was included. Until now I've been able to plug in my dect answer phone in to the back of the BT router and everything as worked as before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But for some reason now the answer phone part as stopped recording messages that people leave. It tells the caller to leave a message then cuts the call so no message is left, even though the caller thinks they have left a message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This might be the age of the dect phone system I'm using that is starting to cause problems. So I've been looking at the new DV phone handsets. Though I've noticed they only sell the handset, and so far I've not seen a physical answer phone unit. I might have missed it. Can someone point me in the right direction?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ideally I'd like an answer phone unit and a few DV phone handsets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check that you don't have BT's voicemail service enabled, as that may be answering the call before your machine does. Dial 1571 &amp;amp; see if you have messages there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you need to use a local device rather than BT's service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
