Caller Display and voicemail

After trying myself online to get Voicemail I found I could get it but it deleted Caller Display. Deleted Voicemail and went online again for both. I received order number for the job but nothing happened. On 30/7/22 10.00am went on to send DM to BT via twitter and they promised me both within 24hrs.Still no luck. I am elderly and Caller display is particularly important. If BT cannot do both I must have Caller Display. Any ideas where I go now?

Allow the next working day for the order to complete (Tomorrow), you don't have to make a choice though as you can have voicemail and caller display working together.

With you mentioning being elderly and having requirements, have you also looked at what else BT can do to help, they have some great resources at https://www.bt.com/help/here-for-you

Thanks, will do. But when I tried it and obtained order no. nothing happened. Will look in to suggest elderly help websites

Just to let you know that I obtained Voicemail today but no Caller display. I contacted BT on twitter and after several tries they managed to get me Caller Display. After lengthy phone calls holding on, Twitter is much better option. Thanks for your interest.
