Cant set up new Alexa handset...web address is wrong, no prompt for code???

Hi. Ive followed the simple instructions but no luck. Any one out there can help please?

is the phone paired to SH2?

if you enter the web address at part 2 can you then log into your amazon account? ( the address does work)

Sorry whats SH2? The phone is paired to hub on FTTP. The address provided is amazon.com/gb/code When entered I only get amazon.co.uk
If I log onto my Amazon account I dont get a prompt

Hi @MrsP666 amazon.com/gb/code should take you to your Amazon log on screen? Once logged in it prompts you for the code.

Thx. Once logged in to Amazon (I use Smile??) I do not get a prompt for the code

Hi @MrsP666

I would try a different browser or clear your cache or cookies. I am using Edge on Windows 11. I get exactly the same result on my iPad using Safari.

When I go to amazon.com/gb/code I get:
