    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My neighbour as just been upgraded to full fibre with digital voice included.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been connected to full fibre for the last year or so , how do obtain a digital voice phone service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
