I have inclusive calls package

My JL Partnership Card has changed to a new provider. Their customer support is 0330 175 9829. Does this mean now if I want to call them I am charged? Thanking you in anticipation x

Calls are charged at national rate, and would be included in your calls package, provided you have one. Otherwise you would be charged 20p a minute. (PAYG).

Thank you - I have 'Unlimited Minutes Calling Plan'. I am wary as I once phone a vegetable seed catalogue and found I got charged.
