Cloud Voice Phones - can't hear person on other end, faint high pitched whine

Hello,

Hoping someone might be able to help. We're having an issue with our phones in that calls can be made and received, but no audio is coming through on either end. If listening carefully a faint high pitched noise is audible whenever you attempt to make or answer a call.

Any suggestions for a fix?
