Remove old analog external connection

I have fiber connection to internet. I have digital voice.

I also have large open reach box that is no longer used on my windowsill blocking installation of secondary double glazing.

Can i just remove the old analog open reach box and neaten up?

If it’s the case that you now have FTTP and you can see the new FTTP optical cables are separate from this old copper cabling, then removing the redundant copper cables etc. shouldn’t affect anything , if your ‘fibre’ is FTTC ( you can have DV with FTTC ) then it may still be in use .
