Dial 17070 and check that the phone number that is read out, matches your home phone number.

If you have a mobile, try calling your home number to see if your phone rings.

Interrupted tone can mean a diversion is in place.

I have started getting an interrupted tone on my phone rather than a continuous one. I have checked 1571 and no messages are outstanding. Should I worry about this and, if yes, how do I rectify? Many thanks
