      <title>Change over waiting times</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not been switched over as yet to DV and have not been given any indication as to when this might happen. I have received all the postcards with information stating that it will be very soon and I have an adapter and a new Alexer hand unit but so far I cannot use either until the changeover. Is it normal to be waiting three to four weeks to be given a date? Houses close by were given three to four days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
