Blocking "Withheld" and "Private Number" calls

Hi there,

I have just gone across to the BT Digital Voice which has the option to easily block numbers from scam calls. Some of the numbers are now coming up as "Withheld" and "Private Number"

If I was to block one of these calls from either does that mean the ALL calls with "Withheld" or "Private Number" will be blocked or just that one??
