Mysterious 35p charge in My Usage

A charge of £0.35 has appeared in my usage for my digital landline under "Other Calls". When I click to see the details it says that there are no calls of this type. How can I be charged 35p for a non existent call?

Did you use ring back after dialling 1471?

We think somebody may have asked to call back from within Voicemail - does that cost 35p?

That is quite possible. You are charged for all callback requests.
