Number doesn’t exist

Hi I’m with sky for my landline

today all numbers I try and call say the number doesn’t exist. Same calls from my mobile are fine.
Is it an issue with my bt handset?

More like a problem with your sky so have you tried asking on sky user forum to see if someone there can help

This is a BT Retail Customer forum, for BT phone and broadband customers.

As you are a Sky customer, please post on the Sky User Forum, as it looks like a Sky phone network routing issue.

The landline is fine. The issue is with the handset I believe

Then try a different phone.

If you prove its the phone, then support is via the product helpdesk.
