Keeping my old number

Hi I moved over from Shell to BT I’m trying to keep my old number but I’m having issues with receiving incoming calls? Can’t phone from my mobile to my landline but some calls get through though?

Are outgoing calls showing your correct number?

Yeah but not receiving calls from my mobile or certain callers?

What message do you get if you call from your mobile?

if you have just moved to BT Retail do you have digital voice? if so contact FTTP TEAM and they should be able to help 08005874787. sounds like a number porting problem
