Digital Voice - 2 off Essential Digital Home Phones

Hi the web site page for digital voice says you can either get an advanced phone with Alexa or 2 Essential phones.

However, the shop is only showing advanced phone and I do NOT want to link Alexa and the data sink of Amazon to my BT account / personal contacts...

So - how can I order the two free Essential DV phones?.

Hi @ohforgawdsake2 There is no compulsion to link the Advanced phones with Alexa to Amazon Alexa. The fact that it has Alexa built in doesn’t mean you have to use it.

ok thanks for that but i'd rather have the two basic phones so my request remains how to order the basic phones.

yep it was that link.
The sales part of BT retail has this page https://www.bt.com/broadband/digital-voice
which states that on DV you get one advanced or Two free Essential Digital Home Phones.
SO how does one get two essential DV phones?

Rang 150 and having pfaffed about with their menu system eventually got to speak a live person.

Oh they said i'll put you through to the DV Helpdesk. Odd I said why is that not on the main menu. No idea they said.

Anywho - 2 basic phones arrived today via Royal Mail.
