Slave Handset isnt ringing in Bedroom, But primary in Livingroom is

Hi, I purchased - BT Premium Cordless Home Phone with 100% Nuisance Call Blocking, Mobile Sync and Answering Machine Twin Pack

The primary in the living room which now connects to the router instead of the landline socket itself rings for incoming calls, but the bedroom unit does not. But you can answer the call with the secondary.

Volume & ringing settings look okay, anyone got any ideas please?

I assume you are now on BT Digital Voice.

Try swapping the phones over.
