Only one phone received

I switched to BT from SKY today and am very pleased with the quality of broadband and my BT TV box. I've only received one Digital Voice phone but I was told I would receive two. Will the other one be despatched separately?

Hi @NickW999 You should get one free HD Phone with Alexa or two Essential Phones. Which one have you received?

Hi - thanks for replying. I received one HD phone. I could have sworn they said they would be sending two. Oh well!

I've had a look around the BT site but there doesn't seem a way I can buy another Digital Voice phone for upstairs.
