      <title>Digital Voice not activated at same time as my upgrade to full fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After 5 changes of my appointment for my upgrade to full fibre it was installed yesterday.&amp;nbsp; My digital voice activation is still at one of the previous dates (23/12/2022).&amp;nbsp; I've been trying all day to get through on the phones to find out what's happening (one advantage of working from home).&amp;nbsp; I don't understand why the activation date wasn't changed in line with the Openreach engineers' appointments.&amp;nbsp; It had been changed the other times the appointments had been changed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
