    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/211700"&gt;@JohnC2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. All orders closed yesterday and still not data. Apparently this happens routinely if you move over the digital voice! If only they gave customers a heads-up in advance, then customers could at least take a screenshot or print off so they wouldn't have to start from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for looking though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Digital voice - loss of all account info</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My third post (and a real long shot). When the installation went wrong, BT gave mum a temp number and then today her old number (same number since 1964) was reinstalled, although its not working properly yet!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, when logging into the account and looking at the security settings on her account they are have all been reset. All her Blacklisted and VIP numbers lost etc. I’ve spent 5 years setting this up for my housebound mother who was getting calls at 3am purporting to be her electricity provider etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyway of getting this data back please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/310726"&gt;@sallypoo&lt;/a&gt;, I've been having a look and can't see anyway to recover lost Call Protect records.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although as you've mentioned on another thread, there is an order open in the background and, it may be the case that it'll update once the order is completed.&lt;/P&gt;
