I recently had essential with phone installed, it's been a bit of a learning curve for me but I'm getting there.

My immediate is with speed dialling, with my old phone it was just a matter of dialling the number if it was engaged then break the connection hit redial and away you go, but I can't work how to do that with my new essential phone!

Say I want to dial John Smith's, Office: Number 1,2,3 etc and I have him installed as my first speed dial contact. He is engaged but it's important and I want to get through as quickly as possible, how do I actually do that?

When you hang up, the RHS button below the screen should be labelled Calls. Pressing that will bring up all recent alls & the last dialled should be at the top of the list & highlighted. Just hit the dial (green) button & it should redial.

Or if the number is actually stored as speed dial, just hold the numbered button it's stored against.
