      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm an existing BT customer who just been upgraded to digital voice. Should I have received a new Smart Hub 2, as all I got was the EE hybrid box, a WIFI disc and a digital home phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you were already sent a have BT Smart Hub 2 before then you can just reuse that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A new one would have only been sent out if it was on record that you didn't have one before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If I bought one of the Digital Voice Adapters, would that fix the voice line problem until I get a new SH2?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
