      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/311448"&gt;@sonofrobin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it sounds like you might be logged in with a BT ID that does not have account holder status.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log in to &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/mybt" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;MyBT&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in a web browser.&amp;nbsp;Click on Your details then Account.&amp;nbsp;Scroll down and you'll see if you're an Account holder or Account manager.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it shows Account manager click on I should be the Account holder link and follow the steps.&lt;/P&gt;
