Speakerphone

I have recently bought digital voice and it seems to be lacking any speakerphone facility. Is this correct? If so it will be a nightmare given how long we all have to wait to speak to a real person. If there is one I would appreciate being told how to find it, please

With most digital handsets pressing the green button again, while on a call, activates the speaker. I am not sure that is the case with the BT supplied phones.

You can always connect an analogue speakerphone via the port on the hub if not comfortable with what the BT Digital phones provide. I believe you can also sync a 3rd party Dect phone to the Hub.

@Keith_Beddoe is right. I have the advanced Alexa handset and the green button has a speaker symbol (of sorts). The same symbol appears on the essential handset just above the button.
