I cannot receive incoming calls

For a few weeks now, I have been unable to receive incoming calls on my BT landline, although I can make calls and my internet works fine. I use a cordless BT phone.

Do you have BT broadband and also digital voice?

Yes to broadband but not sure about digital voice

Where does your phone plug into, the wall socket, or the socket on the back of the Smart Hub 2?
