Number does not exist

I have digital voice and its always worked. I tried to call my landline from my sky mobile today and it won't connect. Sorry this number does not eexist. Any ideas?

There's been several cases where Sky customers haven't been able to route calls to BT numbers.

It's best to raise the issue with Sky too but I've asked a moderator to help check from BT's side.
