Landline not receiving calls

My landline is not ringing when calls come from my bank to give me a code to verify my purchases. I can see that calls are incoming from the bank's 08000 number on my calls list but the landline does not ring. I have BT advanced digital since December. Other calls are coming in and ringing - as far as I know.

have you checked MYBT under digital voice to see if call blocked

Thanks imjolly. I have not blocked the number. I'm not sure what you mean or how I do what you suggest "check myBT under digital voice" - I cannot see how to do that. I do "manage" my blacklist, but I certainly have not blacklisted my bank. I can see that the bank calls have been coming in from my 'recent callers' list.

Also - it has worked before - until very recently.
