&lt;P&gt;Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are a BT Retail Customer, the call would be terminated shortly after the caller disconnects the call. As you did not originate the call, you would not be charged.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Forgot to press end call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We received a junk phone call from someone selling loft insulation. They hung up but we forgot to press end call on the handset. We noticed it 4 hours later and pressed end call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will we be charged for this or was the call terminated already because the caller hung up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
