Changing a landline divert number

So far I can't find a way to do this. When we upgraded to FTTP last year I used my own router and decided that we no longer needed a land line. Because of a few elderly relatives who would only use the number, I allowed the service to continue but diverted all calls to my mobile number. I now want to change that number to my wife's number as only a handful of her relatives in the same situation remain. I can't find a way to do this through MY BT online, just instructions how to do it from a landline phone which I obviously no longer have. Am I missing something?

Temporarily plug in the Smart Hub2 which you should have in a cupboard somewhere and simply connect a phone to the green socket at the rear, change the number and re-instate your third party router.
