This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

Bear in mind that if you cancel your phone line it will also cancel your broadband, if you have it.

Thanks for posting about cancelling your line. Do you have broadband also? Are you on full fibre? @Keith_Beddoe is good as the customer service guys should be able to help with this. Post back and let us know how you get on.
