      <title>Digital Voice phones misbehaving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Both my elderly mother and I are using full fibre with Digital Voice phones. Today, when I phoned&amp;nbsp; her (a few times) I heard a message in French which seemed to be&amp;nbsp; giving a phone or code number.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone suggest what might be happening? Is there some way that either her handset or service could be accidentally switched to French language, or could the call somehow be getting routed wrongly?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thanks for any ideas!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
