Sharing a landline with another number

For some months now whilst I'm on a call another person can use the same line, we can actually speak to one another I got his name and number and have had BT out 3 times and they cannot seem to do anything about it, no matter what they do, it never gets fixed. Has anyone else had this problem and has it been fixed?

if you have had openreach out and not fixed what appears to be a crossed line then you need more help so have asked forum mods for assistance they will post here
