BT8610 Call Guardian Not Working

When someone who's not in the phone's contact list calls, the call guardian announcement doesn't happen. They hear one ring tone at their end and then it just goes straight to answer phone. We hear nothing other than the beep to say there's a message.

It's been working fine until recently.

It works fine for people in the phone contact list
