I have fibre broadband and a landline number. Am i able to port the landline number to a 3rd party and retain the broadband ?

Do you mean a third party analogue voice provider or VoIP provider?

Then no, it is not possible.

If you are trying to avoid moving to a VoIP solution (either BT's Digital Voice or third party VoIP) you are wasting your time as all analogue services will switched off by 2025 in any case.
