BT Cordless phone XD56

Can anyone help please? My Parents in law have the BT Nuisance call blocker cordless phone. The main base unit beeps every 1 minute. Both phones are fully charged. I can’t find any reference to this is the manual.

would be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks

It sounds like the Battery Low Warning Alert but you say that the phone is fully charged. Have you tried replacing the batteries and let the new ones fully charge?

The XD56 is a legacy unit so perhaps replacing it may also solve the problem.
