If so then you need to re-pair the DV handset(s) with the hub again and you will have lost all your previously set up contacts.

It's not made very clear to users with DV that it's important to take a backup of your hub's settings and of the contacts as all this information is lost on a reset of the hub.

The hub backup is found under "Advanced Settings - System" and the contacts backup under Phone - Contacts and Export.

Hi, I had my full fibre bb installed and set up my digital voice phone and all was well.

A couple of months later the bb connection went down due to a bad splice and was fixed by an engineer. The bb is now working but digital voice handset just says no link to hub. I have tried all the usual stuff but still the same message. Any ideas before I bin it?

Have you done a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button on back and holding until lights flash?

Can you check hub manager and you should see your phone number - is it active or greyed out?

If the latter then phone FTTP TEAM 08005874787 as they deal with DV
