Essential Digital Voice Phone Charger Types

The user guide says "Before you put new rechargeable batteries in, check which type you need. On the bottom of the handset charger, the label will say Type A or Type B."

No Type A or Type B on the bottom of my handset chargers. Is there any other way to find out which they are?

I can see from the original supplied batteries, although I can't see what make they are, but is there some other reason I need to check? I assume the "type" is nothing to do with the phone, only the charger. I've no idea which phone came with which charger as they all got muddled up when installing.

No, the answer was it doesn't matter
