&lt;P&gt;does the hub manager show your phone as active?&amp;nbsp; if not phone FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and they should be able to help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if diverted to CS then hang up and try again later&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved from Sky broadband to bt yesterday. &amp;nbsp;Sky was on VOIP and worked perfectly. &amp;nbsp;After the engineer left yesterday having installed a Smart Hub 2 I realised the landline showed ‘check phone line’. &amp;nbsp;The phone does not function when called from another number. &amp;nbsp;Its plugged into the green socket on the back of the hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advice please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
