Hi I'm struggling with my phone ringing when I'm out and my friend can't leave a message as it says it's full. I've tried 1571 and 1572 and it tells me it's full but I can't get to delete anything?🙏

Voicemail will store up to 20 messages at any one time. The messages will be stored for 60 days or 30 if you've already listened to them, after which they will automatically be deleted.
To clear messages manually just play them and press 3 to delete each one.

Hi i tried that and it says it's full but when I try to listen to them or delete by pressing 3 it just finishes the call.
