My brother has been with BT for many years and moved home last year, the house he now lives in he is wanting to replace the outer door, however it would appear the phone wire comes in through the door frame, if when he has the door replaced will BT charge to wire again? hope that makes sense. Is BT your service provider? the answers given here will only apply to BT services, other ISPs may vary.

It would be Openreach who attend, they own and maintain the network, your best option is to see if the door company can complete the installation without causing any damage to your connection, if it does break then you would need Openreach to repair it, there could be a charge for the repair.
