Problems with BT Voice Handset and other BT landlines in house

We have Halo and it came with a new BT Voice Handset which is automatically connected.

The problem is only this new handset now rings (not the other 2 BT phones in the house) and it isn't updated with our contact numbers.

How do I get all phones ringing when a call comes in?

If you have Digital Voice, your old analogue phones won't be connected unless you connect them to the green socket at the rear of the BT hub.

Your contacts will not be transferred from your old system to the new, you will have to enter them manually on the new handsets.

Make sure you back them up after you have entered them as they will be lost with a reset of the hub.

I have plugged into the green socket at rear of hub. The home phones do not always ring! I cannot see a ADSL connection on the internal line box which was installed. If the only way is to connect to hub there is an ongoing problem. Anyone been able to solve it? Thanks
