Called ID

I have lost my caller ID on my landline and after several calls with BT it’s still not restored.

my handset is a BT one and relatively new so that’s not the issue.

An engineer came recently and updated my broadband and changed my phone socket in the hall and it has not worked since, very frustrating !

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

I have asked one of them to post here.

I am sorry to see that your caller ID hasn't been restored yet.

I'd like to take a look into this for you to see what has been done and do my best to help you.

I have now spoken to a BT guy and think I have sorted the issue
