My mother has gone into a care home and I want to close her account.

I phoned BT help who told me to upload POA but I cannot find out how to do this on your website?

I have sent you a private message so we can do everything possible to help both you and your Mum.

For any information around POA see: Power Of Attorney

If you scroll down to 'What will BT do when it receives the PoA or appointee form?' it will give you the address to post a copy of the POA to. More importantly, for you, it will give you the email address that can be used to send a copy of the POA across to.
