BT Digital Voice with Alexa - help

So I have set up the phone and got code for Amazon and Alexa is working to ask time - but it will not play music .

It says shuffling you music - or directs me to 30 day free Music with Amazon then £10 month charge after that.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong. I was lead to believe there was no charge for music with this BT phone.

Have read through a previous similar question and it does not solve question. I do shop on Amazon - but no prime etc

Hope some one can help.

You would need an amazon music sub, it's not just free because you have the phone
