      <title>Digital voice cutting out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; - having major issues with Digital Voice since installation in March.&amp;nbsp; Symptom resembles a microphone fault on the handset - the calls don't drop but the caller on the other end can't hear you 90% of the time (true of both inbound and outbound calls).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Digital handset is located within 2m of the router without any obstacles - so not a range/proximity issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have swapped out all hardware at least twice to rule out hub, port, cabling and handset issues.&amp;nbsp; Broadband has been tested twice on-site by Openreach and is stable - other internet voice calls absolutely fine (Teams, WhatApp etc).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT really struggling to diagnose fault - have sent engineer on site and reset the Digital Voice service remotely but the issue remains.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
