Voicemail

On pages describing the Digital Voice features it says that

"Essential voicemail is free to all digital voice customers, advanced voicemail is also available for a monthly charge."

However, I haven't been able to find anywhere which describes the differences between the two. What exactly do you get for the monthly charge?

I appreciate that that is an automated reply and I had looked at those pages before. However, I am afraid that they do not answer the question in this case.

Hi @northshields Enhanced voicemail isn't something that we offer anymore. Enhanced voicemail gave customers the option of recording a personalised greeting and getting a call back to let them know they had a message.

Can post a link to the webpage you seen that on and I'll report the inaccurate information?
