Contacs Backup from BT Hub 2

I have just switched to fullfibre with two Essential hand sets. I have added several contacts and they all appear on both handsets. I have tried to back up the contacts from the hub onto my Windows 10 PC following the on-line instructions which produced a vcf file. But this file is just 2 KB in size and contains just one contact. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Hi @Mike-iss If you try to open the file by clicking on it in Win10 it will only show you the first card. To see all your contacts in the backup file you need to open it with Notepad.
