Hi BTC,

When signing up a few months ago, I was told I would get two phones with my order, but these have not arrived yet, can this be sorted out in the forum?

Phone CS 03301234150 and they will be able to help. Currently BT no longer offer free phones on move to DV

Thanks for posting about the DV handsets, sorry you haven't received them. Your best bet would be to follow @imjolly advice and give customer services a call. Let us know how you get on.
