what is the HD button for

There is a HD button on the back of my digital voice phone but I don't know if it has a function? Any ideas 💡 🤔

If it's the silver circle on the back of the BT Digital Voice handsets that are engraved with the letters HD then I don't think it's a button but just some marking to state it supports HD encoding/calls.
