Alexa call dial

Finally got digital voice working. Have set up Alexa but when I ask her to dial one of my contacts she dials the mobile number which isn't listed in my contacts ??

If Alexa on your mobile then it can also access your mobile contacts. You just need to be more specific so when asking Alexa to call contact you also need to specify home or mobile

Thanks. I changed contact to name home, and mobile. Still calls mobile.

Do you have both home and mobile number in your phone and if so need they under the same contact with both numbers listed

I’ve tried changing them to separate contacts, namehome, and name mobile. Still insists on the mobile. Should I try to unlink handset from my mobile ?

When I used DV with Alexa I had my contact on mobile under 1 contact and within that you can set 'home' and 'mobile' numbers

So I then told Alexa to dial Joe bloggs home or Joe bloggs mobile

That’s how it was set up originally but always rang the mobile and says namehome not listed. Grrrr
