I am having trouble setting my phone up.

Menu doesn,t make sense.Can,t turn intercom on & is there a hands free?

Are you a BT residential customer? Which make and model of phone are you trying to set up? Are you on a Digital service yet or is your line still analogue (i.e. not DV)?
